Jewellery Returns, Refunds & Piercing Policy

Your safety and satisfaction are extremely important to me, and this policy is in place to protect both my clients and my business. Please read it carefully before making a purchase or booking a piercing.

Jewellery Sales - Hygiene & Safety

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, body jewellery cannot be returned once it has been worn or inserted.

I cannot accept returns or exchanges for jewellery that has been opened from its original sealed packaging, worn or used, unless the item is faulty or your statutory rights otherwise apply.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Unworn Jewellery Returns

Where applicable, I accept returns or exchanges for unworn and unopened jewellery within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The jewellery remains in its original, sealed packaging

  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage or tampering

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return where a hygiene exception applies.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Custom & Special-Order Jewellery

Custom-made, personalised or special-order jewellery is generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or your statutory rights otherwise apply.

Piercing Services

Piercing services are non-refundable once the piercing has been carried out.

As a sole trader, I prepare time, equipment and sterile materials specifically for each appointment.

If you experience any concerns or issues following your piercing, please contact me as soon as possible. I am always happy to provide aftercare advice and assess the piercing where appropriate.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe that an item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order.

I may ask you to provide photographs of the item and its packaging so that I can assess the issue.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, I will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Where appropriate and where permitted by law, I may offer an alternative remedy such as a replacement or store credit.

Any refund of delivery costs will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights and the circumstances of the return.
