Identification

Valid official ID must be presented in person for all adult clients, as well as for children and the parent/guardian of anyone under 16. Please note that services will be refused if the required ID is not provided at the appointment.

Accepted forms of official ID include:

• Passport

• UK photocard driving licence (full or provisional)

• PASS-approved proof of age card (e.g. CitizenCard, Post Office or Validate UK)

• National identity card (where applicable)

Please note: Photographs, photocopies, or digital copies of ID are not accepted. Original physical ID must be presented in person at your appointment.

Don't have an accepted form of ID?

If you do not currently have one of the accepted forms of identification, you may be able to apply for:

• A CitizenCard (a PASS-approved proof of age card).

• A Post Office PASS Card (a PASS-approved proof of age card).

Please ensure you allow enough time for your application to be processed before your appointment, as services cannot be provided without valid original ID.
