Returns Policy
Your safety and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and this policy is in place to protect both our clients and our business. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Jewellery Sales – Hygiene & Safety
Due to health and hygiene regulations, all body jewellery is non-returnable once worn or inserted. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewellery that has been opened, worn, or used in any way.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Unworn Jewellery Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn and unopened jewellery within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
The jewellery is in its original, sealed packaging
The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or tampering
Proof of purchase is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Custom & Special-Order Jewellery
All custom-made or special-order jewellery is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Piercing Services
All piercing services are non-refundable. As a sole trader, time, equipment, and sterile materials are prepared specifically for each client. If you experience any issues following your piercing, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is faulty or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. Photographs of the item and packaging may be requested.
Where a fault is confirmed, a replacement or store credit will be offered in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
